There is no VR on Site venue in Utrecht, and you do not need one. We bring the headsets, the experiences and a host to your office or your event location. Everything is guided in English, for the whole group, from the moment we arrive.
Hoping to walk in and buy a ticket? We do not work that way.
If the plan is to travel to a VR arcade in Utrecht, pay at the door and play for an hour, then we are not the company you are looking for. VR on Site works the other way round: you choose the date and the address, and the equipment and the host come to you. That fits a company outing, a team day, a client event or a private group, anywhere in the Netherlands, Utrecht included.

What we bring, and what we need from you
What we bring
A host who runs the session in English, headsets for everyone in the group, and a choice from 50+ VR experiences. That runs from competitive head to head games to calm seated worlds for anyone who has never worn a headset.
What you provide
Free floor space and a power supply. Depending on the activity the minimum is 4 by 4 up to 6 by 6 metres.
Bringing VR to you since 2016
VR on Site has been running VR events since 2016 and was the very first provider of VR entertainment in the Netherlands. More than 300,000 people have experienced VR with us. Hilton, Eneco and Bol.com are among our clients.
Groups run from 10 to 250+ people. Every session is guided fully in English, and invoicing to a foreign billing address is no problem.
