Digital AI Skills
A half day built around a hands-on AI workshop of your choice, three hours long, followed by an hour in the VR Arena to unwind. A solid introduction to AI skills, capped off with a VR experience.

Prompting and Building AI Colleagues
A full day. The morning runs from 09:00 to 11:00 with advanced prompting: LLM fundamentals, bias and hallucinations, and system instructions. From 11:00 to 12:00 the group moves into a VR session. In the afternoon, from 13:00 to 15:00, your team builds its own Custom GPT.

Agents and Automations
A full day. The morning, from 09:00 to 11:00, covers automations: a workflow analysis, choosing between tools such as Make.com, Zapier and n8n, and building three working automations. From 11:00 to 12:00 the group takes part in a VR session focused on fresh thinking. In the afternoon, from 13:00 to 15:00, your team builds and deploys an AI agent, followed by an hour in the VR Arena from 15:00 to 16:00.
