How it works
VR on Site brings all the equipment and expertise, and guides you through every step of the process. All you need to arrange is a room.
1. Orientation and planning
You tell us what you have in mind: the occasion, the size of your group, and where it will take place. We listen and think along with you about what fits, so the plan matches the moment you are planning for. We plan for groups from 10 to 250+ people, indoors or outdoors.
2. Choosing your experiences
Together we go through our range of VR experiences and put together a selection that suits your group and your goal. Whether you are after something playful, something that sparks conversation, or something that ties into a theme, we help you choose experiences that fit rather than overwhelm your day.
3. Final preparations
Before the day itself, we align on the practical details: the room you will use, the power available, the plan for the day, and who will be our point of contact on site. Getting this right in advance means everyone knows what to expect once we arrive.
4. Setup on location
Our team travels to your location and builds up the headsets, computers, and accessories needed for your experiences. We take care of the technical setup so your space is ready before your guests arrive. All we need on the day is a clear space, at least 4 by 4 metres and up to 6 by 6 metres depending on the activity, and a power socket.
5. Support during the session
Throughout the session, our VR experts stay present to guide participants, explain how everything works, and help anyone who needs a hand getting started. You can focus on your guests while we take care of the experience itself.
6. Packing up
Once the session is over, we break everything down and pack it away again. Your room is left the way we found it, so there is nothing for you to sort out afterward.
7. Follow-up
Afterward we check in to hear how the day went and talk through what worked well. It is also the moment to look ahead at what could be possible for a next time.
